Abram Dean
Abram Dean grew up just outside Richmond, Virginia, writing songs long before he ever realized it could be a career. At just 17, that passion took him across the country to Los Angeles, where within six months he landed his first publishing deal with Warner Chappell — one of the most respected names in music.
Over the next several years, Abram dove headfirst into songwriting, collaborating with top writers and creating songs with major artists in mind. His first major cut came with Andy Grammer on the 2014 album Magazines or Novels.
In 2015, a week-long writing trip to Nashville changed everything. After only three days back east, it already felt like home — so much so that by the end of the month, Abram packed up and made the move permanent.
Since relocating to Nashville, Abram has continued building an impressive career and is currently signed to a global publishing deal with Concord Music Publishing. His credits include contributions to Lainey Wilson’s Grammy-nominated, ACM & CMA-winning album Whirlwind, and songs recorded by Blake Shelton, Zach John King, Dylan Marlowe, Avery Anna, Riley Green, Josh Ross, Ian Musick, Vincent Mason, and many more. In 2024, he celebrated his first #1 hit with Parmalee’s “Gonna Love You”.
In 2025, Abram was nominated for AIMP Nashville’s Rising Songwriter of the Year and MusicRow Magazine’s Breakthrough Songwriter of the Year. Recently named one of the Top 10 Songwriters to Watch in 2026, with new music on the way, it’s clear he’s just getting started.
